The Station at Netherwood

This apartment building opened brand new in January 2024 and I moved in April 2024. There has been a few mishaps that have occurred and the frustrating part of those mishaps have been the extremely lack of communication and importance/urgency for their tenants. The manager is the only person that responds to the resident portal once a day in the mornings. And it appears as if no one else is really on the clock to help out residents when needed. On top of it seeming like a one man business, they do not contract any professional residential cleaning crew, seems like it is a family of two women and sometimes see an adolescent helping out to clean the building seldomly during the week. Despite there being “cleaning” happening, carpet floors with stains and walls consistently dirty. (MOST IMPO

This is a lengthy review because I am so disappointed . TJ (leasing agent) is amazing - he communicate well and assist where he can . That is the only compliment I can currently give about the people who work here . 1. When I moved in- I had to constantly reach out to the property manager for information and did not always receive a prompt response - inclusive of my parking spot . It took him 4 days to respond to my email with a parking spot # , which within this time I received a parking ticket for parking on the street . 2. I moved in and saw water damage and a huge hole in my guest bathroom (pictures attached - not sure how they missed this when flipping the apartment) . I put in a request on 6/10 to get this fixed … it is now 7/13 and it is still not fixed and nothing has been commun

My fiance and I received amazing service from when we requested a tour to the day we moved in. We love the space, and the appliances that come with the unit. Our cockapoo fell in love with view through the long windows the first night 🌞 We appreciate Tj and management for their diligence throughout the entire process of our first home!

Our move into this apartment building was easy. There were small things that were not working but we had someone come in within a couple of days to fix it! (Super Fast and Efficient). We just moved in so it is too early to tell how the management of this property will work but everything has been good so far. The leasing agent TJ, has been extremely accommodating and super helpful with every request we have!

I appreciate that T.J and the management company always respond quickly. Especially when the elevator got dirty, I was impressed cuz it was cleaned up by a cleaner immediately. Thank you for your great management, I love this clean apartment.
