1000 North Avenue

I have been living here for almost two years now, and I have really enjoyed it! For all the nice amenities, brand new kitchen appliance, big marble kitchen island, it's very good value for your bucks. It's literally right next to the NJ Transit Netherwood station from where you can get to Manhattan in an hour. My unit is facing northwest and there's a nice view of the football field and distant hills from my bedroom and living room. The management staff are very kind and also lives here. I recently forgot to pay rent due to hectic travels and sickness, but the staff were so kind and understanding that they waived my late fees by giving credits. I would definitely recommend this place!

I have been here for 3 months now, and I absolutely love how serene this place feels. The neighborhood has everything I need. If I need to go to work the train station is literally 1 minute away not even, the parking is super convenient and moving heavy family shopping in is a breeze. The amenities the building offers is great from a gym, to BBQ, to a really nice court yard, and one thing they do not mention is the pool directly in front of the building and the park which is amazing for those who love sports for working out. The most important thing though is how friendly the staff is (Noah and Kristina) who were very helpful during the whole process of moving in, and how welcoming they are even after you move in, and really just make life a lot easier for you. For sure ask for those two,

I love where I now call home. Amenities are top notch. It’s nice to get a breath of fresh air in the courtyard. People who live in our community are friendly and clean up after themselves. The security system in the building is neat. Any maintenance issue you have, is resolved in a timely manner. Dave and his team are very proficient. When I moved in, I noticed some odd things in my apartment due to construction.. nothing the leasing staff could control though. Not a big hiccup. All of the staff members are awesome, understanding, and attentive to your needs. Overall, I’m glad to call 1000 North home.

If you like having a management that is responsive, cares about your needs, and takes you seriously, do not live here. The new management Iron Ore is extremely disappointing. If they believe your problem is solved (even if it isn’t) they’ll all start to ignore your messages and then any messages sent after even if it’s unrelated to the original issue. Just very disappointing. Building itself is nice for the most part. If anything breaks you’re on your own.

This place is a wonderful place. Mangement is awesome spacious bathrooms, spacious bedroom, and depending on what side you’re on the ambience is beautiful when the sunsets in the morning
