Highly recommend Jessie Dominguez (Lizardo) and ERA Reed Realty. Jessie has been a sincere pleasure to work with over the past year, and has been very responsive to all requests and needs. I have worked with 4 other property management companies in recent years; none of them come close to Jessie's quality work, responsiveness and efforts in resolving issues as they arise. She is very proactive and knowledgeable, and has provided great advice. Best in property management that I have come across. I purchased a property on November 2017, and if you are reading this post and wondering why it took me so long to write a review is because I told myself that I'll leave in God's hands of how rude and not professional at all my experience with her was. Today, I had to call my town's utility department and found out that my realtor or lawyer didn't make me aware of what I had to do after I purchased my property. The reason why she was my realtor was because a closed friend recommend her. She was probably great to my friend but to me all she did was "sign here , sign there" and I was so naive and since I had an urge to purchase a property because the place I reside before was going for eviction, I "signed here and there". Little did I know that she screwed

ERA Reed Realty as an HOA is horrible. Closed on my townhouse in January 2019, was told Jessie Dominguez was my contact but she was never in the office to speak to. Apparently, my home was not occupied for over a year but ERA did nothing in preparation of moving in after I purchased the home. The inspectors report reflected several issues that should be taken up by ERA Reed but Nothing has been done! I was never outwardly contacted as a new homeowner to make sure I was set or had any questions/concerns. But when the HOA fee is due, they had no problem mailing an invoice for payment. After encountering issues, I called again and was forwarded to Courtney Reed. She told me she would reach out to Jessie and send me the HOA bi-laws (clearly she didn’t know what the HOA responsibilities start/e
