It’s been wonderful experience and move in process was hassle free. Leasing agent DeliaC was very very helpful who patiently answered all my queries and made me comfortable. Everyone leasing agent, property management and maintenance team , each one is very good. Apartments are spacious and newly constructed and secured inside. Overall very good experience so far. I’ve been living here for a few months, and while the location and apartment itself have potential, I’ve had some ongoing issues with maintenance and communication. When I first moved in, the A/C wasn’t working and it took about two weeks to get it fixed. Currently, both sets of blinds in my unit (bedroom and living room) are broken — the part that opens them is damaged, so I can’t adjust them at all. The living room is especially frustrating because people can see straight in from outside. I’ve reached out to management several times, but unfortunately haven’t received a response or update. I’m hoping this review helps bring some attention to the issue so it can be resolved soon.

This is the worst place to live I live there for two years and the maintenance is terrible, my closets racks fell off from the kitchen and the closet the first two weeks when my husband and I moved in. the air conditioner started leaking then we notified to the maintenance and they took to almost a year send someone to check the a/c but they never come back, after that we call many times to the maintenance to get fixed the a/c and heater the closet and we never any answer we live there for two and we decided to move when our lease expired a 3 months after that happens they send a letter letting us know our lease expires soon we respond saying that we will not be able to renew and also we sign a paper that they send but when we finally moved a month later they send a notification that we h

THE WORST APARTMENTS I HAVE EVER LIVED IN. These apartments may look luxury, but they are not. I lived there for a year and I had multiple issues. Their garage is leaky and faulty and caused $1400 worth of damages to my vehicle to which I have not been compensated. My closet rack fell and it took them 2 months to repair it. Hallways are not cleaned and there was dog urine in the elevator multiple times. The hallways smell of trash. Also I have moved out since December 31st and have not received my security deposit back. I attempted to contact this company multiple times and they do not respond, even when I lived there they did not respond to any of my concerns. I am now taking them to court for the return of my security deposit. Please do yourself a favor and do not stay here, there are m
