Netherwood Village Apartments

The apartments are so small you can barely get any furniture in them. There is never any parking. The outside upgrade looks very nice and it's clean around there now. The neighbors seem friendly.

I have called atleast 20 times and these people NEVER EVER EVER answer the phones or even open the doors. What is the sense in having office hours if when a person comes you don't answer the door? Why have a phone number posted if you people are not going to answer? I applied for housing there and when I went to return my application they had me waiting outside for over an hour just to tell me they cant see me and to give my application t the grounds keeper. Extremely disappointed. Don't waste your time. Update: they also lost my damn application!!!!

If I could give them a 0 I would. The old owners apparently lost the housing list and my application!!! How do you loose a persons application containing their social and they're kids social??? What can even be done?! The new owners are atleast a little more polite and pick up the phones but this is ridiculous.

Don't trust everyone in that complex I went there to deliver groceries and they call the company telling them that they did not receive it,luckily I have pic to prove it.

The complex is ok but it has a cluttered vibe
