The Shores of Roosevelt Park

At first not happy with the maintenance guys! Had hole around fan in bathroom since I moved in, was told they'd order an extender. Well NEVER HAPPENED after reporting a few other times, still nothing then 6 months later I say something again & this maintenance guy that showed up (Larry) went above & beyond cause he actually fixed it the correct way by mudding & painting. I had a very leaking bedroom window & maintenance guy who came to fix did horrible job. My grandkids could of done better! BUT Larry did an amazing job again. Needless to say if you need work done request Larry cause I will be.

I’ve had a great experience with this apartment complex. Larry addressed my concern very quickly within the next hour and was very professional. I appreciate how fast it was handled. Bobbie and Brittney were also super helpful and responsive. They answered my questions quickly and made the whole process easy. I highly recommend living here!

I’ve just recently moved in here and so far am enjoying it very much. The apartments are spacious, well taken care of, and very reasonably priced. The grounds are clean and well maintained. The office staff and maintenance crew are all friendly, diligent, and professional. Yesenia, who expertly guided me through the leasing process, in particular stands out to me as not only being an excellent leasing agent but she is an amazing person as well. All in all I would definitely recommend this welcoming community to anyone looking for a great place to live. As an update I’d like to add that the maintenance team is amazing. They recently solved a stubborn issue that had arisen. Special thanks to Clyde and Larry for diagnosing the issue, again to Larry for working tirelessly to find a solution to

Clyde did awesome work with my bathroom ceiling and tub. He also put a seal on my refrigerator. Clyde is always so friendly and helpful. We are so fortunate to have him as our maintenance staff. Thanks again

Upon move-in my experience with the front office was seamless and reassuring. Regardless of my circumstances they worked with me to get everything squared away! Yesenia was very helpful and explained things pretty thoroughly:) I lived here once before, both then and now, I haven’t experienced any issues with the apartments or the company! Thank you!
