Saw this development when it was brand new. I decided to build a home in this new neighborhood. The builder Ron Stroup takes his time and stays with you throughout the entire building process. I have looked at homes built by Allen Edwin Homes. Those houses are built very quickly with low quality and you have no say in anything on their homes as I was first going to build with them. With them you are a number... With Ron you are a person. I highly recommend the builder and the new development
Went to visit my daughter. Nice homes and very relaxing neighborhood with walking trails and ponds with ducks
Nice quality homes landscaping was nice including ponds/water features....homes are a little close together for my taste
