Highpoint Flats

So far so good. It's a really cool building with really good sound barriers. I can't hear any of my neighbors it's really awesome. Being downtown is amazing I can see the farmers market from my window. I feel like I'm in some New York penthouse or something it's pretty cool. The only thing is I wish you could open the windows. Management is extremely helpful dude got me some keys that I lost within 15 minutes. Also noticed a spike in my energy bill and they're working it out with me.

We love our apartment and every guest we have had over loves it too. It’s small but homey. The property manager is fast to respond to emails. Maintenance is taken care of in a timely fashion. The apartment is beautiful and updated with large windows. Love downtown living.

Beautiful building, amazing views. Leasing agent was more than accommodating every time I came in to look around. She coordinated move ins beautifully and has continued to be available for the tenants! Honestly love livening here! Thank you so much Colleen!

Great tour of the building today! Perfect location, units were unique and beautiful. Complex had all the amenities with fantastic views from all units.
