Personal are great. Maintenance is wonderful , Mark is a very good at his job. All work orders are answered and get done quick.

I have to say that no matter what needs to be fixed in my apartment Mark is efficient on fixing it. I love that he explains the problem and helps me understand what needs to be done. He's a friendly, kind and a caring man. He goes out of his way to make sure that you are satisfied with everything. My 2 dogs get excited when they see him. Glad to live at a place where people care about you.

i had a problem with the AC and it was leaking, Mark was an absolute god sent fixing it very efficiently and quickly. i came home when he was almost done explained to me exactly what was going on and how long it would be till he fixed it with an explanation on how he was going to fix it. super helpful and good guy, Thank you to Mark!!

As a vendor, I can safely say that this would be a great choice if you are looking for apartment. I get to see the ins and outs that a lot of residents don’t get to experience at this apartment complex. Mark and Michelle do a phenomenal job at keeping up on this property and making sure all residents are extremely pleased and happy with their apartment.

Great management and Mark in maintenance does a great quality job. Thank you Mark for another great snow removal this Sunday Mark just fixed our no hot water problem. Did a great job and fixed it quick.
