The Shoals

Recently moved out after purchasing a new home, but wanted to leave a review about our experience over the last year. We looked for an apartment with a more rural feel (yet 5 mins from everything we needed) with high end living and we found it here at the Shoals. Pool occasionally needed some extra love and we hit a snag with an overcharge of sewage fees, but all were corrected and reimbursed timely. The apartment has changed management hands MANY times throughout our lease which entailed its own set of challenges, but GARY has been our tried and true asset through it all! He’s consistent, helpful, and courteous! Newest management group has shown promising results and communication thus far so hopefully the professionalism keeps up! Thanks for a place to call home the last year!
