There are two positives and two negatives to living here. The first positive is that it’s cheaper than most two-bedroom apartments. The second is that it’s close to everything. However, the two negatives are that it’s very easy to hear your upstairs neighbors, or really any neighbor. These walls are pretty thin and the other negative is the parking lot. It’s small and you will end up having to park on the side of the road sometimes. The water pressure here also kind of sucks.
Terrible apartments black mold built in the early 70s plus at home properties Is a terrible rental company avoid these apartments at all costs
