Your House LLC has been incredibly helpful and attentive. Over the years I’ve rented from them, they have always been kind, communicative, and quick to respond whenever I’ve needed assistance. It’s clear they truly care about their tenants, and I’m very grateful for the positive experience I’ve had with them!❤️

I've been renting from Your House LLC for over 3 years now, and in my third property of theirs, and have had good experience with them. My credit was terrible post COVID, so not having to do a credit check allowed me to get into a place. A lot of the issues that people are going to complain about are common in a rental unit in a college town. Any issues that I have had with the property they dealt with quickly, I just had to communicate with them. As far as dealing with them, they're easy to talk to and get ahold of, but once again you have to actually let them know that there is a problem. Yes they will make you pay a late rent fee, yes they will deduct from your deposit for damages, and yes so does every property management company or rental agency. So all in all, just pay your ren

If you plan of renting from Michelle and Kip (aka the red door landlord) . I highly recommend you do the research before doing any business/ renting with them.They do not care about their tenants or safety of their property’s . The property they tried to rent me still had all the blinds, buckets filled with plaster and nails on the floor along with kicked in doors. The lady they sent to clean up their mess they left broke in through the window when we weren't there to clean all of it up. I have so much more I could add on I just highly recommend avoiding your house llc at all costs .
