Santana Court Apartments

Please heed my warning if you decide to live here- this is an old complex and most of the units are not updated. The original cabinets in my apartment were full of water damage and were flaking off into my dishware. I also dealt with an insane amount of fruit and phorid flies, which is the reason I ended up moving out. I tried everything in my power to get rid of them and could not. Management was not helpful with this and often said "everyone has flies around here" well, my new place has zero flies and is literally down the road 😐 When I spoke to neighbors close to my unit they said they also had them. I must have killed 300-400 during the 6 or so months I was a tenant. I am not kidding. I wish I was. I threw away flowers and plants I loved because the flies would lay eggs in them. When

I loved it here until I moved out. I cleaned out my apartment upon move out and was a good tenant while living there. They are now trying to collect $1700 for "damages." When I called to talk someone about the charges, they incorrectly told me that I did not owe anything on two separate instances. When I finally found out there were charges, nobody at the complex would answer my phone calls or emails. I have now read multiple reviews of others saying the same things happened to them. I am currently suing them through small claims court since nobody has responded to me in months.

Santana Court, Apartments are very nice. I took a tour. I am looking at the property flat possibly lease a unit I met with Amy the manager. She is very helpful and knowledgeable at her property. I do recommend if you are looking for a place. The studio is large. I was surprised by its size today, The location is extremely close to Oregon State University.

I really enjoyed the calm and quiet atmosphere here. It may get a bit noisy during game days though, but that doesn’t happen very often and only during the day anyway, so I’d always get good sleep at night. And the proximity to OSU is also a great advantage for me. The staff and maintenance team were helpful as well, on point and not intruding. The interior design is nothing flashy but it goes very well with the calm and quiet atmosphere, so I love it. Everything works well too. From my experience there have only been two minor issues which weren’t even disruptive to my activities and they were resolved in a timely manner.

This an great home! The people here are so caring. I love love love my apartment! Just perfect! People are friendly, the environment is awesome! You surely won't regret living here!
