Alexandra Eder, Fernwood Circle Property Management, has been managing our short stay rental for about 6 years with increasing occupation each year. She is always looking for a better way to serve our guests and their pets by keeping us apprised of improvements needed to our facility and property. She pays attention to details by staying in constant contact before & during our guests' stay. She also hires quality help to clean and repair our cottage when needed. My first experience with Alexandra was when I stayed in one of the Fernwood Circle Guest Houses during the 2020 quarantine. From the moment we walked in the door, we felt like we were in a luxury hotel except it was much more homey. Since we have family in Corvallis, we visit every summer. We decided to buy a house and rent it out when we were not using it. We hired Fernwood Circle Property Management and Alexandra to manage it and she helped us choose the right furnishing and stage the home. Our guests have been very, very impressed with our beautiful home and with her hospitality. We are also grateful for how she takes care of everything, like managing resources to maintain our home for us.

I originally purchased the home for my child to live in while attending OSU. After she moved out, I hired Fernwood Circle Property Management. Alexandra worked with me to quickly furnish the home and to make it an attractive furnished rental. I have been impressed with Alexandra's network of professionals that attend to maintenance issues swiftly and cost-effectively. Other than a one-month period spent renovating the home, we’ve pretty much always had a steady income stream since we started working with Fernwood Circle in 2021. These guests are usually professionals in town for a while working for Hewlett Packard, OSU, or the hospital. She always found the right guests for our home and quiet neighborhood.

I have lived in the Corvallis community for quite some time, and even though I moved out of town, I felt attached to my house and was not ready to sell it. So, I looked for a property manager who would take as good care of my home as I would. Luckily, I found Fernwood Circle Property Management. Alexandra jumped right in and helped get my house ready to rent. It was very important to me to have somebody take care of the property who was going to be available, accessible, and just kind of take care of everything for me. I don't even have to engage to take care of maintenance issues. We’ve enjoyed a nice income stream with under only 5% vacancy since September 2022. My journey with Fernwood and Alexandra began less than a year ago, when I contacted her about turning my 22 year old house into a high end vacation rental. We had just signed the deal when the entire situation changed --- I received a "too good to pass up" offer to sell my house. Swiftly and seemlessly, Alexandra switched from being a vacation rental manager to a very efficient on-site "getting the house ready to sell" ally. I no longer live in the area, so having someone I trusted to oversee all the items (large and small) that come up during inspection was so valuable.
