We had a maintenance inspector named Richard come into our apartment. He was great , super polite and professional, even took his shoes off after I asked him too. Recommend him!!

Daimon was really helpful and kind. He was very quick and cooperative with us during our inspection. He’s a one of a kind employee! The short time he was here we had small talk while he was straight down to business.

Have not had a great experience here. We were informed while touring the unit that many things would be repaired or replaced before we moved in. Nothing was prior to our move in, blinds were broken or missing and took over a month after we moved in to be replaced. The doors were heavily damaged with holes, sticky residue, and covered with scratch marks from a dog. It took 2 months and multiple request for them to fix just one of the doors. We have lived there for over 3 months now and they still will not fix the other doors that we were told would be fixed prior to our move in. Very disappointed.

Their maintenance professional Richard was absolutely phenomenal! He was incredibly upbeat and seemed to really care about making sure everything was in tip top shape. By far one of the best maintenance professionals I’ve worked with since renting from D&A!

Richard was great. My issue was fixed quickly and I appreciate how polite and nice he was. I didn't feel bothered or uncomfortable at all. Thank you for your good work!
