The Royalton at Prosper

I recently visited this apartment community to tour a unit, and overall the staff was polite and welcoming. The leasing agent who initially assisted me was courteous and professional, and I appreciated her help. However, I was uncomfortable with part of the process required just to view the apartment. After handing over my physical ID (which is standard practice and something I fully expected), I was asked to scan a barcode that directed me to the CLEAR application. The app indicated that a third party would collect and access extensive personal information, including past addresses and other private details. It also required me to take a photo and enter my email address. This raised concerns for me because I was only there to tour the apartment — I was not applying to rent. I questioned

I went to view a apartment and my tire flat. I came back that morning and it was towed. Me and my kids is currently sleeping at a hotel until we find something because we don't have family here. Well since I had to pay over 300.00 to get my car we couldn't afford the hotel for the week. So my kids spending the night with friends and I have to sleep iny car freezing. I'm more hurt then anything 😭😭😭 I feel I failed my kids after this situation.

I’ve had a great experience at the property. The leasing team has been great — very friendly, responsive, and always willing to help. I really liked the model units and they have a nice gym and the pool looks great.

Just moved into the Royalton at Prosper and I’m already loving it! The staff is super friendly, the community is peaceful, and it really feels like home already.
