The Rosemary Apartments

I LOVEEEEE living here. This property is so clean, the staff is always hosting fun events for us, the gym is so nicely equipped. My family just visited me from Florida and they fell in love!!! This team is doing a great job!!!

I have loved living at The Rosemary Apts while I was able to! Julie & Heather were always very helpful and friendly. I chose it for convenience, the beautiful finishes, the community & grounds. I always felt safe here with my children. Anytime I needed maintenance, it was always handled quickly and professionally by Daniel, Hector or Reynel. I was lucky to have a 1st floor unit with a patio next to the playground and dog park. It made life very easy when we got a puppy. I was also able to decorate it for our needs. I also really enjoyed the monthly events, especially those involving arts & crafts. It was a safe, beautiful place to land during a major life transition. I am only leaving now because I'm returning to the home I own. I wish I could live here indefinitely. The only downside

Heather is truly amazing. She makes everyone feel happy, loved, and completely welcome from the moment they walk in. She has such a kind and positive energy, and she’s especially great with children, making them feel safe, valued, and comfortable. You can tell she genuinely cares about people, and it really shows in everything she does. Anyone who meets her instantly feels supported and appreciated. Please choose the rosemary apartments.🩷

The property is nice but that is overshadowed by the negligence of nasty tenants and lack of concern management has to maintain said property. My wife and I complained to the assistant manager, Heather numerous times through emails and calls stating that tenants were leaving their trash on the doorsteps for days instead of dumping it themselves. Nearly a week passed by on one occasion due to the holidays and trash services not being available, trash was left on the doorsteps of 4 tenants and nothing was done by management to uphold policies and regulations. Before you choose this place as your home please know that the own property overseers do not take pride in their establishment.

Beautiful property and great community. I love my apartment view, I can see to the pool and the pond. The office staff Beau, Heather, Julie and Angie are amazing and always greet you with a smile. I definitely recommend this community to anyone.
