The Rise at Regency Apartments

I lived at The Rise at Regency for three years and was the first person to live in my unit when the building initially opened. In the beginning, the property truly was beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. Unfortunately, that experience changed significantly after new management took over. For over a year, there was constant construction noise directly outside my window, often starting early in the morning. To make matters worse, my apartment was located directly across from the main elevator, which meant heavy foot traffic and noise day and night. This was especially disruptive considering I worked from home frequently and also needed to sleep during the day at times. Rest and focus became nearly impossible. Laurie has been excellent, and the apartment has been enjoyable to live in. Everything works as it should in my apartment, and if anything ever messes up they fix it right away. My dishwasher stopped drying randomly, next day? New one. The staff has been accommodating and polite, and my only complaints are that they are building a second building right next to my window that blocks my sunset, and sometimes my neighbor upstairs can move furniture a lot or people don't pick up dog poop, but that is not the fault of staff, and overall I have enjoyed my stay. I will be renewing my lease for my current room, or maybe for the new building so I can have my sunset back. I like it here, everything is close by, and I don't experience crime, etc. Police come through often keeping it safe. It's a goo

This place is beyond incredible! Beautiful courtyard and pool, plenty of parking spaces, wonderful area with Starbucks, Chick-fil-A, and Walmart just walking distance away, and attached to regency mall! Balcony views are perfect, even with the ongoing construction for the new building. Any time I have an issue, which is rare here, maintenance is always right on top of it. Package room is super secure, never had any issues with missing things, nor would I even be afraid of it with these tenants and neighbors. Everyone is so friendly here and I have yet to have a bad experience. You couldn't pay me to complain!

This apartment is INFESTED with silverfish bugs. This video (sped up) is just of the hallway… imagine how bad the inside of the apartments are. These apartments are far from luxury. DON’T MOVE HERE

This is literally the best place I've ever live! I've been in apartments, town houses, and rental homes, but by FAR this place and the office is the best! Shout out to Jason for being MVP all-day-every-day and Sterling and Cassie in the front leasing office 💜 y'all have made living here these past handful of months so much easier than our last place! We can't thank you enough 😍🤟🏻💜
