Zero stars! This place is the absolute worst! The review most recently posted before mine is 100% accurate and I experienced much of the same! There’s 8 windows in my unit, ZERO are functional and 2 don’t open. The other 6 you have to pry open. They also don’t stay open, they slam shut at any given time. Upon move in, my apartment was filthy even though they had a 3 week notice to when I was moving in. Old food in drawers, hairs in the showers, filth everywhere! AC constantly breaks, syringe caps stuffed down a drain from the previous tenant. Someone in building 3 smokes INSIDE their until and the disgusting smell seeps through to mine. It seems the reserve at lenexa does a lot of questionable things for trying to portray themselves as a managed company. just a few things that have occurred in the last two months. - found out the day before our promised unit was no longer being given to us. we had to find out through asking why our portal changed less than 24 hours before move in. -walked into the apartment to dirty trash, soap bars used, old food and smells of cat pee. -the floor is slanted in my apartment. my furniture is leaning 24/7, water damage and other maintenance issues that were expressed to them right away and nothing happened. it was well over a month until the office came in to take care of the trash left. -my roommate and i were ignored by th

On behalf of Core Electric, we work quite a bit with the Maintenance Department and have always found them to be top notch, and great to work with for any situation! Very responsive, attentive and always wanting want is best for their tenants!

This apartment complex is an absolute disaster from top to bottom, and management is lazy, rude, and downright negligent. My move-in experience set the tone: the apartment wasn’t ready, appliances weren’t installed, and no cleaning had been done. I ran into the so-called “cleaners” wandering around that evening. The apartment had soap scum, hair, feces in the toilet, and screws and nails scattered everywhere. With a 1-year-old and a 3-year-old, this was a serious safety hazard, yet management didn’t care enough to postpone my move-in. Mail and packages go missing constantly. Chris at the front desk is rude and unprofessional, and completely mismanaged my garage lease. I dont complain much, but this place has caused me SO MUCH anxiety! Your home should be the place where you can unwind and feel happy. I didnt like being "home". Even my son didnt like it. For 10 months I was fed up, and was counting down the months until my lease was up. After moving out, we were happy again and it felt like a weight was lifted. I moved TWICE within this complex in one year. The first month and a half I lived on the third floor. In that apartment, I walked into the bathroom and the wood was rotting between the tub and toilet. The toilet base was spilling out water too. The floors and ceiling and ridiculously thin.
