The sense of urgency with management and maintenance is VERY poor and I’m a simple person so I don’t complain about a lot of things usually, but this is RIDICULOUS. I moved in almost two months ago and was supplied with faulty hardware that has YET to be assessed I have even had to result to washing clothes at a laundry mat and by hand. I have been very patient with the leasing office even though the staff is very rude and treat tenants like we are bothering them. All I asked was to fix my washer, dryer and stove…something the apartments should’ve came with that actually functions. I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone expecting basic professionalism or accountability. During my time living here, management consistently failed to address ongoing issues in a timely or effective manner. Maintenance requests were either ignored, delayed for extended periods, or marked as “resolved” without actually being fixed. Communication from the office was dismissive at best and unresponsive at worst. Reaching someone who could provide a clear answer or take responsibility was nearly impossible. Despite charging premium rent, the condition of the property does not reflect the cost. Promised amenities and services were unreliable, and concerns raised by residents were treated as inconveniences rather than legitimate problems. Overall, this complex appears far mo

DONOT MOVE HERE! My relative lived here for almost 2 years and it was the worst experience ever! They would put in work orders and they would never get COMPLETED only DELETED from the system. Always bugs crawling around every day, like an insect farm!! It’s always a musty mold smell in the apartment no matter how much cleaning they we would do. Whenever I would come visit and walk my dog I realized how dirty the complex really is. It’s nice and clean in the front of the complex but once you turn the corner the complex is very unkept, there are acorns everywhere, the bushes are not trimmed, doggy trash area over flows. There are better apartments off of Roswell Road, try them before coming here!!! And to the owners you all had 2 years to get it together! There is no excuse

. My neighbors roof caved in 6 months before she moved out and it was never fixed by the time she left. This place needs to be investigated. For the love of god, please do not give this place your money. Do not listen to the reply to our review. They were "under new maintenance" before we moved out and nothing was ever done. Its a cop out.
