The Reserve at Eastmark

We’ll start with the leasing manager Dee. She was so helpful and kind through the whole process. I really felt like I was going to be in the right place with a great management team. And then Jose was a great help with maintenance. Everything was fixed in a timely manner to the greatest capacity right after move in. I’m so thankful for the team at The Reserve Eastmark.

Deauntae Floyd and amber are a nightmare don't live here avoid at all costs. They filed an eviction even though I gave my sixty day notice. I put in a maintenance request we had no AC during the summer and the man who came reported every little thing he found wrong and didn't fix the problem. We proved that he did not tell the truth. We had a flood upstairs that affected the bedroom the AC is next to, the hall and bathroom. Lani had to sleep in the living room for at least a week thay had big fans running to dry up the mess he created. They did make clear the eviction process.

Being a business owner & Military Vet myself, I do not do this lightly, but, I would certainly stay away from this place. As you can see there is validity as there are several other people w a similar experience We first found this community while relocating from out of state and decided on the Reserve as it was the closest to where we were building our new home. At first, it was awesome as Orianna was an amazing manager, easy to talk to and very professional. Once she left it quickly became a different story and I have all the email correspondence to show it. We were on a short term lease as our home should have been built within 8-12 months. It was discussed that after the 8 months we would go month to month and the rate would stay the same as there were other less expensive options arou

Avoid this place at all costs. Units are not well maintained and they leave carpets in a disgusting state for the next tenant. The move out costs are ridiculous and will somehow eat up your entire $1,000 deposit. Don’t let them do the move out walk through without you - they’ll make up all kinds of nonsense to charge you for. The community manager, Deauntae Floyd, is a nightmare to work with and should not be in any kind of customer service role. They also have their employees do reviews to inflate their ratings (peep Deauntae’s below). For the price, there’s way nicer and cleaner places out there with more helpful staff.

I’ve been a resident for 6 months and truly appreciate the communication from the office and taking care of issues as soon as possible. We’re happy to have landed here, this housing is perfect for my family.
