The Reserve at Clemson

I’ve absolutely loved living at The Reserve at Clemson! The community is clean, quiet, and really well-maintained. The staff is super friendly and always quick to help with any questions or maintenance requests — they genuinely care about the residents. The amenities are a huge plus, especially the pool and gym, which are always in great shape. My apartment is spacious and comfortable, and it truly feels like home. The location is perfect too — close to campus and local spots, but still peaceful. Overall, I couldn’t ask for a better place to live. Definitely a 5-star experience! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Overall a great community to live in. Dog owners: the trees and foliage make for a nice walk around the grounds. Many of the newer complexes are straight pavement… you and your pup will bake there in the summer. It is much more peaceful than I expected; great to stay focused. Parking is easy. Pools are really nice. I sub-leased and Hannah made it the easiest and fastest move-in process I’ve ever experienced. Mgmt is easy to communicate w/ and quick to answer questions/resolve issues. Maintenance requests are easy to submit and the team prompt to fix them. Re: the “extra fees” another review mentioned… it’s a good practice to actually read your leasing agreement before you sign it so you are aware of all of the costs of any apartment. Pro tip: the lease does say you can “opt out” of rent

I love living at The Reserve at Clemson! The rent is very affordable, and all apartments already come furnished. I love all of the amenities (especially the pools and game room), and the clubhouse has great study spots. The community is very clean and well-kept, and all of the staff is kind and helpful. I recommend The Reserve at Clemson as an affordable, clean, and comfortable place to live!

The Reserve at Clemson apartment complex is a disaster. You may not pick from the stomping above or running up and down the stairs neighbors at the not convenient after hours. You may expect your neighbor doing laundry at midnight and sit outside and smoke at the balcony and talk on the phone at 3 am. Animals are welcome, but noone cares if those animals encroments are around the ground. Garbage is outflow and it's up to you if you schedule for clean up, and pesticide service is up to your schedule as well, because it is not regulated by the complex unless your needs. Front office is very defensive in person. But they sent out a nice survey messages occasionally.

My daughter lives at the reserve and has had a great experience so far. She particularly enjoys the amount of parking, the pools and other clubhouse amenities such as the study spaces and workout room. As a parent, I find it to be in a safe location and like that there is a stoplight to help make leaving the complex and entering the main road much easier and safer on her commute.
