Rosewood at Clemson

Recently moved out after living here for two years. The buildings and property are very well maintained, and maintenence was super fast everytime I put in a work order. There's a pool but no gym, however they offered a free planet fitness membership to all residents when I was there. Ending the lease was super easy (I had to end it a couple of months early). It's a tad pricy but I rarely had any complaints the entire two years. It was perfectly clean and ready when I initially got there.

Hannah is amazing! She is kind, passionate about her work and she gets things done quickly. From a tour to a signed lease has been a seamless process. If you’re looking for a hands on experience with a friendly property manager and efficient maintenance team then this property is your for you! I love my spacious modern apartment

Hannah has been absolutely amazing! She works so hard to make sure every resident feels comfortable and taken care of. Whenever I mention a maintenance issue, the request goes in right away. The community itself is safe, always well-maintained and pet friendly. Staff is friendly and welcoming, and they show true hospitality in everything. Overall, this is a wonderful place to live.

Although I can't say good things about the property owners, Southwood Realty, I can say that we currently have a great property manager and maintenance staff at Rosewood who make living here as stress-free as possible. They are caring professionals who understand and empathize with tenants' needs. It's a great place to live with them on the job!

Nice community. Hannah is extremely helpful and quick to respond and get all your needs taken care of right away. Love her she definitely makes this community a positive happy place for us.
