The Reserve at 2070

I have been living on this property for about six years and going through multiple managers of this property but coming in contact with Mr. Demetrius it’s an awesome thing he is so professional and so cool. I mean I needed some assistance with my résumé and this man did something to my résumé that I got all kinds of phone calls and his professionalism. It’s amazing. He is an awesome property manager and we definitely want to keep him at this property because he makes it work. He really makes it work and I appreciate him so much.

This is my review and complaint regarding a highly unprofessional interaction at the Reserve at 2070on March 3, 2026]. I was speaking with a male staff member regarding my qualification for a one-bedroom unit. Despite meeting the criteria, I was met with hostility. When I mentioned being approved elsewhere with the same standards, his response was, 'Well, why don’t you go to them?' This dismissive attitude is unacceptable for a public-facing role. I am looking for a professional explanation regarding my application status and an acknowledgment of the poor treatment I received."

I give a 3 stars because I moved here for the Pool and it didn’t Open this summer. In addition, when I first moved here I wasn’t aware that utilities was going to be added to rent. I thought I would pay 1489 and im actually paying 1699. You pay insurance, sewage and pest control.After the 3rd of the month, you are considered late and the fee is excessive $250. Miss Terri is amazing and Maintenance is awesome

To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally report an incident involving a staff member named Demetrius, whose behavior during my recent attempt to apply for an apartment was both rude and unprofessional. As a prospective resident, I expected to be treated with respect and courtesy; however, my experience was quite the opposite. During my interaction with Demetrius, he displayed a disrespectful attitude and an overall lack of professionalism. His tone and demeanor were unnecessarily dismissive, making the application process uncomfortable and discouraging. Instead of offering assistance or guidance, his conduct created an environment that felt unwelcoming and unnecessarily difficult.

I made an online appointment for the tour at 4:30 pm and called the office to confirm. The woman at the office told me she couldn't give me the tour at 4:30 pm, but only at 4 pm. However, I get off work at 4 pm and can't go earlier. So why did the online appointment say there was an available tour at 4:30 pm?
