I was speaking with Payton from this company because of a recommendation from one of her tenants. She told me they had a two bedroom plus office apartment to show me. When I met up with her outside the apartment she took me in to find a man passed out on the floor. He wasn't moving or responding, mouth half open, only could see the whites of his eyes, it was obvious he was on heroin. Someone else was passed out on a matress in another room. She then told me to "shh" and still continue to show the apartment with disregard for how potentially dangerous the situation and location was. Though she apologized was a nice lady, I am very shaken up and I do not think this was handled correctly.
