We just had a closing at Treworgy & Baldacci in Portsmouth; a first time home buyer (my younger sibling) and myself was her Realtor. Working for family can be nerve-racking , and I really wanted her to have a good experience after looking so long in this crazy market. (The office is beautifully designed too.) - I know they are busy this time of year, and they treated us as a top priority. It doesn’t get much better. Found the title research to be last minute and a bit lazy. Organization is lacking, as is punctuality. Seemed very overworked and understaffed.
