Kat Azimi is the ultimate General of your Real Estate army! I met Kat in 2021 while I was in charge of our family home in Pine Point. I would love to say this is a quick story, but it is not. We finally got the house on the MLS in 2026, and a “sub-optimal” pricing strategy was dictated by the court
