My daughter recently moved to Autumn Woods. We could not be happier with the apartment. The rent is comparable to other apartments that are similar. Her apartment is beautiful, modern and updated. We had a problem with the carpet and wrote to the management company with questions. Wendy reached out in a timely manner and resolved the problem. I highly recommend any properties that are maintained by Maine Properties. They are very professional and listen to any issues within reason and look to address any problems/concerns. Other companies just ignore issues you have and are quick to dismiss. I was pleasantly surprised that our concerns were heard and addressed timely. Wendy was fantastic! Highly recommend!

I would like to add to this review -what I wrote here remains true, but I also received a call this week from the manager of the company’s rental division who could not have been more helpful to me. While it cannot change the year of frustration, it did provide me with relief - an extended lease and a person to work with moving forward. Thank you Maria for making this right! Worst company to deal with in my 40 year career. I should have been an easy tenant for them, but their manager was horrible to deal with. It took me two weeks, 20 calls and then finally the cost to fly from CO to Maine to finalize this rental last March through Ashley. When I called to arrange for the keys she called back and left me a message - I'll be at the unit at 11am on X day. I emailed and called several

I had a great experience working with Maine Properties, and especially with leasing agent Ryan Garrigan. Touring the property was easy and informative, and Ryan made sure all of my questions were answered quickly. The whole process felt smooth and stress‑free. I also really appreciated the flexibility with my move‑in date. Overall, I’m very happy with the experience and would definitely recommend working with Ryan and the Maine Properties Team!

Highly recommend Maine Properties and leasing agent Ryan Garrigan! We had a great experience touring our new apartment, which was clean and well-maintained. Ryan was very thorough answering all of our questions and concerns, and helped navigate us through every step of the process. With his help we had a fast and easy transition into becoming approved applicants for our apartment. We cannot thank him enough!

I gave two stars because I loved my actual apartment and the surrounding area. Management was another story. They were unresponsive, sometimes going 5 days without answering emails. I would have to email them multiple times to get a response on things like renewing my lease, once they let it get right up until just a few days before the lease was ending, to reply to my plea for help. I sent them an email about moving out when my lease was up, and they never responded. No directions on keys turning back over or anything. They are unorganized and send out emails about sitewide maintenance that give incorrect information. You prepare for what they say is going to happen over a large time window of waiting, and it never happens, which is inconvenient with work. The manager, Ashley is defensive
