The Quin

I really hope somebody buys this apartment complex and actually makes it good! The Quin He’s terrible management and Customer Service. You never can get a hold of anybody especially if you’re going through something you cannot talk to the office. I also have not seen stable management after living here for three years. I’ve constantly complained about mold in my apartment for two years and they did nothing about it but paint over it. This place has severe water damage and just damage in general.

I recently moved into #51 and, unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. On the first day, I discovered several leaks coming from the second floor. The Quins arranged for remediation work immediately, which involved creating multiple drywall holes and setting up three commercial machines that used my electricity for a week. This process blew dust and debris all over my apartment, likely triggering an allergic reaction that required a doctor's note to justify my temporary relocation. Despite the clear urgency of the situation, The Quins was reluctant to assist with proper relocation. They only offered to move me into a vacant unit temporarily, which involved moving just my bed, rather than providing a more suitable accommodation like a motel or hotel. Despite these si

All the 1 star reviews are true. - They have new management every other month so you never know who you're going to talk to or if they'll even answer you. They will tow your car for fun and have the tow truck come at 1am so they can take it while you're sleeping. - The toilets get clogged randomly and the sewage comes back up through your bathtub so it reeks and the pipe goes to every apartment that's on your side and the maintenance takes their sweet time to fix it for everyone. - The dog park is terrible, it's just rocks, dogs aren't going to want to walk on hot rocks in this AZ heat, should've kept the grass and owners don't pick up after them. - There's always pest control visiting someone's apartment every other day due to ants, bed bugs or roaches. - You think moving in is nice but a

Great place to live! The Quin Apartments are clean, quiet, and well-maintained. The manager Monique is super helpful, and professional. Highly recommend!
