The Provinces Apartments

This Apartment Complex is nasty! If you want to do whatever you want and have nobody say anything, you will love it. Many of your neighbors will be nasty and disrespectful. Garbage is everywhere. Strong smell of weed in the hallways. I could smell weed from the hallway inside my apartment. Just say it is 420 Friendly, 'cause it is! I asked my friend if She wanted to come in, and She was like, "I'm good"! That hurt my feelings. I was embarrassed to have my Home Care Nurse visit. Domestic disputes outside your door at, 4 am! People slamming doors every time they go in and out. People asking to be let in the building because they have no key. People sleeping in the laundry room. I would mop the floor and wipe down everything before I would wash my clothes. The Laundry Room was across the Hall

They said they had working cameras after two dead bodies were found in the garages. They lied. Crime is bad here, and the 153 building is a plumbing nightmare. When their bad pipes flood an appartment they do nothing to reimburse for the damages and if you ask them to fix anything they'll end your lease. Also, there's not enough parking and they tow any car they can to extort 500 dollars out of the owner.

They don't take good care of the residents. There is very limited parking and they aggressively tow anyone without a resident sticker thats not in the visitor parking. The visitor parking is often full though. Package thefts happen all the time and they won't improve their security, or instal secure parcel lockers to protect resident deliveries. Also, property of mine has been destroyed by flooding due to faulty pipes and they refuse to compensate me.

If I can give this place, no stars, I would I hate my mom has to stay here this place has become ran down. I was here yesterday and the first thing I see is the trash outside. It’s been looking like it’s been sitting filled with trash for months then I walk in the building walk up to the pop machine and there’s nothing but trash coming from trash bags, trash all over the floors when you walk to the hallways, there was clothes laying in the parking lot. This building has a foul odor.. There has been multiple shootings down here there’s only one way and one way out so if you get caught in the gun fire coming in or out it’s on you I remember one day I was going to my moms building as soon as I reached her apartment there was a shooting right by my car I feel like Aone not caring about these a

Aeon missed the ball with this location. Stephanie Anderson, whom took over the position of rental manager, assaulted me after only being in office for 3 months. They withheld my Renters Rebate and I was only able to get it after calling the police, and she then evicted me. The law will have to handle this property.
