I been tenant since it was RPS Legacy , my experience has been for pleasant from the past to the future! Anytime I have any issues management and maintenance always handle the calls in a a timely fashion! GHS Development are awesome ! So thank you to the whole staff and I must say having any issues it’s always best to communicate with them , and that their very understanding ❤️❤️❤️

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at GHS Property. I was supposed to move into one of their apartments next week, but the way they handled my situation was completely unprofessional and inconsiderate. I have a dog who is an ESA (Emotional Support Animal), which is protected by law. Despite providing all necessary documentation, GHS Property made the entire process confusing and stressful. Jennifer, in particular, was extremely unclear and unhelpful. She denied my dog, using my renter’s insurance as an excuse — even though renter’s insurance has nothing to do with the legality of an ESA living with their owner. She gave me the complete runaround instead of communicating clearly, and made it very obvious that they simply do not want dogs on their property, even when the animal

I cannot thank the RPS Legacy team enough! Their professionalism and consideration for their tenants is something that you really don't see anymore with property management companies. They always go out of their ways to make sure the property is well maintain and does their best to communicate with their tenants. I appreciate RPS Legacy so incredibly much and would highly recommend them.

I’ve been in the residence of “RPS LEGACY LLC” for about 7 years now . They are definitely great people and very understanding (the key is having great communication) I would recommend anyone that are in need of housing too go through them:)
