Quebec Apartments

Just moved in. Very clean and quiet building. Maintenance man does a great job. Kayt was awesome to work with. Only downside is that its not a security building unfortunately not safe these days.

Well I've been here longest in building the up keep is great due to amazing maintenance guy on-site but hallway carpet need shampooing bad hasn't been done sense my presence in 2005! Would love lock doors everyone has access its dangerous to have open access! Also believe visitor parking should be in last role of parking lot and assigned. My rent has increased yearly would love to see money invested into the property more! Need new balcony and washer and dryers as well! Management pretty good and fast about fixing things that's great also wish I could get my place painted and new carpet at least since 2005! These are just ideas and my opinion for most party its nice area and not to dangerous!

I lived here for 2 years. I liked the community, it is quiet and barley had any problems. The apartment where I was living had tons of issues that unfortunately was one after the other and caused me to make the decision to move. The times that the maintenance guy was needed he was very helpful. The utility bill is unbelievably unfair. $110+ every month for water, trash and sewer. The apartments need an upper fixing bad, some remodeling is needed, specially the kitchen & bathroom. But if you're looking for a reasonable place to live, it is a good place.

Nice quiet respectful peaceful place to live. They respond quickly to messages , maintenance is always available they take care of the biulding. Off street parking and reasonable pricing.
