Are these real reviews?? Because I’m NOT experiencing the same service with this company. I’ve been trying to get in contact with Melissa Draack for several months as to why I keep getting charged all these fees, and a breakdown of what I’m sending a $1400+ check for. Multiple emails during the day and no response. I even drove all the way to Little Canada to drop the check off at their mailbox when she started threatening me with a lawyer but wouldn’t give me a breakdown of the fees. Ontop of that check, I sent a lil EXTRA to cover next months HOA fees and it wasn’t applied. And saying I still owe the full amount + late fee. I forwarded it to her to see if she can correct it, days/week later no reply. It’s like I’m talking to myself since Nov lol and it’s almost February. Let’s back tra

I have worked with Lisa and PMSI team for numerous years and I look forward to countless more! Questions and requests are responded to and addressed in a very timely manner. Many people do not realize that there are processes and procedures in overseeing a property and they know every intricate detail. They work hard establishing and nurturing long lasting relationships with all of the boards/residents, vendors and properties they manage. Cannot say enough good things about them and highly recommend!

I moved into Ever Green village 3.5 years ago and have been extremely pleased with how ‘Property Maintenance Services’ has cared for our community! When I chose this community to live in it was because I could see that it was in great condition, the lawn and buildings where well cared for! One of the things I know is most Property Management companies usually do not respond until days after a request… So when I called ‘Property Management Services’ for a few requests or to ask a question they responded very quickly! Having been in the business of Managing Properties I know how busy one can get and some times overwhelming, I appreciate that this company has every thing in place such as lawn care, plowing, washing of buildings in the spring, maintenance on exterior if needed as well as upd

PMSI has been great to work with on the contractor side of things, they are very responsive when a resident has an issue. Communication with them is of great importance and is dealt with professionally. The whole office staff is great to talk with.
