The Promenade

The apartments are very spacious and have a good rates. I want the main focus of my review to be based on the apartment manager, Ricky. Ricky is a very kind, patient, and helpful individual that values honesty and respect. From the application process, lease agreements, expense questions, to the move-in, Ricky does not hesitate to answer all questions with great detail, and is on top of every concern brought to him. He makes you feel understood and heard. This job was made for Ricky, and it’s nice to know there is an apartment manager that knows how to make the residents feel comfortable. Thank you, Ricky!

My daughter and I are extremely happy to have found a 1 bedroom apartment at The Promenade. Move in process was easy, apartment inside the unit as well as outside is very clean. I have no complaints. Place is quiet and neighbors are respectful. Packages have never gotten lost, which is a plus! Neighborhood is also pretty quiet, we go on walks in the afternoon after work on Victory Blvd. Manager on site, Wais is always very helpful.

It's all fine until you move out and they find all the reasons to keep your security deposit such as adding fees for furniture cleaning, painting, blinds cleaning, carpet cleaning etc. despite leaving things in a very good condition. Cleaning between tenants is a common business practice and should not be charged against your security deposit. They charged 550$ for this cleaning and things were left in great condition.

Wais was extremely extremely helpful with the entire process. I was moving out of state and called to inquire about a studio apartment and Wais was super informative and helpful throughout the entire process. Although I didn’t end up going with the apartment, I would recommend living there if it’s in your budget. I went to see the studio in person and it was nice. You get 2 parking spots as well. There is no pool but the apartment itself seemed clean and overall feel of the place was fine.

I recently moved here and so far I love it!! The management is great: Wais is really professional and has been super nice and helpful with everything. I live in a 1 bedroom apartment and it's really spacious and nice. There's a parking garage with assigned parking, which I really like. It feels really safe. So far everything is great.
