Gilmore Apartments

Moving into Gilmore Apartments was the smoothest experience! Before moving in Joanna, the property manager, was great with communicated anything I needed to do beforehand. The apartment looked just like the virtual tour on the website. Nice property in a centralized location.

Moved here in 2013 and dying to get out. Lied and said the apt was fumigated for roaches saw tons of roaches once I moved in. Also said the carpets were new which was a lie. Mentioned quiet and patrolled by security. No security patrols this area and noisy tenants that party all night. NO street parking whatsoever. Too many cars so you can't have visitors. I hate it over here and can't wait to move. Also they always try to make excuses to enter your apt when your not home. Any Maintenance needed is done during the weekday once a month. It sucks here. Stay away from the pool. Rarely cleaned. Would not give it 1 star. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Run from this place!!!!

Nice Apartment complex, but neighborhood is in decline. I would try to find a better location for the price. $1000+ for a 1 bedroom. P.s. all neighbors are non english speakers. :/

This apartment is rarely loud and just because the apartment is filled with people who don't speak english doesn't mean it's bad. Stop the lies :c

The best experience cause when somenthing is wrong on the apartment I call the manager and the fix it fast I don’t have to wait days . Everything is clean inside and outside
