IMT 6500

The maintenance team Chris & Arnold did an excellent job repairing my washer and fixing the microwave surface light. They arrived within less than 24 hours of me putting in a maintenance request. They were professional and courteous. The washer is now running smoothly without any problems, and the microwave surface light works perfectly again. Leasing office is very nice as well. This review is solely for Christopher on the maintenance team that assisted me with my apartment request and not a review for IMT 6500 the complex. But Christopher was fantastic, transparent and swift with his work. I had multiple fixes and issues listed on the request ticket and he came on the day i made the request despite it being a Saturday. I appreciated his friendly personality that made conversation very easy. He addressed the security alarm and clogged sink issue with haste and communicated the cause. For the dishwasher he recognized he needs to check on it with his supervisor and he would reach back out to follow up, which I respected the honesty. He deserves to be kept on board, since I do notice maintenance staff seems to cycle often, and it would be nice to see a familiar l fac

I have loved living here ,the community is well maintained, and the amenities truly make it stand out starting with the gym. The secure garage gate gives me peace of mind, and having my own balcony/patio has been such a bonus, it’s the perfect spot to relax after a long day. The staff is friendly and responsive, and common areas always look clean and inviting. Shoutout to Arnold, Robert, Brenda, Isabel, Kristina, without them the building wouldn’t run. Whether it’s the fitness center, or shared lounge spaces, everything feels thoughtfully designed and well cared for. Overall, it’s been a comfortable, convenient place to call home, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a modern, welcoming living environment.

On the roof, they have not one, not two, but THREE cell towers. They will endanger your health and expose you to radiofrequency radiation, just to make extra profit, while they are earning on you by renting you a place to live. This shows how much they care about people who live here.

Living here has been disappointing. Management does constant “preventive maintenance” checks with vague time windows, and it feels intrusive especially for how much rent costs here. I’ve lived in penthouses in downtown LA and never had this issue. What’s worse is the lack of transparency. There are multiple cell towers on the roof, and residents were never clearly informed. I’ve been experiencing migraines and only found out about the towers through other tenants’ posts, not from management. For the price we pay, communication and respect for residents should be much better. Would not recommend living here
