He is an outstanding maintenance supervisor with amazing expertise and diligence, who puts in extraordinary amounts of labor, time, and effort to make sure the maintenance needs of the tenants are well taken care of and everything is operating smoothly. Ben's response time is extremely quick and off the charts. I took a tour of the apartments with Kaiden. The apartments are very nice with good layouts. Kaiden was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable & was able to answer all of my questions.

.I really want to leave the best review for Kaiden, he is the best manager ever for the time of this building he always helps us, answers questions immediately and he does his work the BEST that he could do, he knows what to do in any situation he is the bestest of all. I would also like to leave a good review for Benjamin Montoya our Maintenance Supervisor from the day we met him. He’s always try to go Beyond the call of duty he’s very attentive and knows what he’s doing. Thank you for hiring him. We really needed him here at 6940 Sepulveda Apartment.
