I recently moved into Sherman Circle, and after a little over a month of living here, I can confidently say I couldn’t be happier. The building itself is absolutely beautiful, impeccably maintained, and offers numerous modern amenities that truly enhance everyday living. The leasing experience was seamless, thanks in large part to Andrew, who was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and always happy to answer my questions. His professionalism and kindness made the entire process feel easy and welcoming. From the unit itself to the building, maintenance staff, leasing team, security, and amenities—everything has exceeded my expectations. We absolutely love living in this apartment community - it truly feels like home. The property is modern, well-maintained and it’s been a great place for us to live. We recently decided to upgrade from a 1-bd to a 2-bd apartment and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. That was 100% thanks to Lilly and her amazing service. She was professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about making everything easy for us ❤️ 10/10

The only reason this place gets 2 stars is because of the cleaning staff and maintenance staff otherwise it’d be ONE star. Cleaning staff became like family, they are so nice! My baby boy loves them, they are friendly and so welcoming. This place is overpriced in an awful neighborhood. 1. IF you decide to read all the reviews and still sign a lease, take pictures of EVERYTHING! every dot, every line, every crack, everything as they will try to place blame on you when you leave. 2. rent is insanely high for a terrible neighborhood. Be very warned this is NOT a safe neighborhood. There are unhoused people all over and always yelling and drugged up. You will hear police sirens and ambulances ALL night, helicopters, race cars, people yelling, fireworks, EVERY SINGLE day. It is not a quiet neig

Of all my years living in rental communities, this place by far is head and shoulders above the rest. The staff is a well balanced team of friendly and diverse members. Lilly is one of the nicest and most attentive people I've met and is intentional about solving any matters that arises. In the years prior to finding this community, those that I've toured either had a nice staff or amenities, but never both. So to finally find that at this location, I'm very thankful and happy. - Justen

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this situation has gone on far too long to stay silent. In California, it is difficult to understand how a large apartment community can have a main lobby elevator out of service for nearly two months. For that reason, I feel it is necessary to share this experience. The lobby elevator has been down for an extended period of time. During this time, management has only sent generic messages stating that they are “waiting for an update from Otis,” without providing any meaningful details. There has been no clear explanation regarding whether parts have been ordered, what stage the repair is in, or when the elevator is expected to be restored. Given the length of this outage, it is reasonable to assume that many residents are frustrated and have questio
