The Promenade at Red Apple Town Center

I lived at The Promenade for almost 4 years, and my experience was phenomenal. Kiersten and Lara in the leasing office are extremely responsive. The same can be said for the maintenance team, though I can count on one hand the number of times I had to put in a maintenance request in the time I was there. Were it not for a change in my work necessitating a move, I wouldn't have left.

I was going to rent an apartment at The Promenade, but a different opportunity came up right before I signed my lease. Though I am not going to rent the apartment at Red Apple, I felt that I should share my experience with others seeking to rent an apartment. Lara was the lady who assisted me throughout my rental application process. She was always available and was very pleasant and professional in all of our dealings. She answered all of my questions and provided all necessary information. If you are interested in renting there, I am confident that Lara will take great care of you!

The Promenade is not just a place to live; it’s a community where residents are valued and cared for, thanks in large part to the excellent office staff. I had a minor issue. It was solved efficiently and quickly because of the manager, Kiersten Easter. She solved the problem and went out of her way to get the issue resolved. The professionalism, friendliness, and responsiveness have been unmatched. Every query, no matter how small, is addressed promptly and with a smile. Thank you!

Since changing employment over 6 years ago we have moved 3 times to finally find a place we call home. There is absolutely nothing bad I can say about The Promenade. The staff is courteous, and goes far and beyond expectations. Maintenance is awesome, we have never been disappointed or have we ever had to wait around. The grounds and buildings are kept clean and beautiful.

The staff are incredibly nice but the utilities are higher than any place I’ve lived in the last 15 years. I used to live in a 3 bedroom house just a few miles away for 10 years and the electric bill is almost $100 more than I ever saw there.
