K. Hovnanian's Four Seasons at Kent Island - Single Family

My wife and I moved in a month ago. Our condo is incredible and any (small) issues we had have been handled by KHOV in a quick manner. The views of the Chester River are amazing and the walking/ biking paths as well as all the other numerous amenities are fantastic. The people living here have all been so friendly and helpful. So Many things to do. Our sales rep, Pam M., was outstanding throughout the whole process, very responsive to any questions we had and kept us informed throughout the construction process with weekly pictures and updates. She made the whole process enjoyable and exciting. We are still new to the community, but my wife often says "Pinch me, is this really real, I can't believe we live here"

We moved into our single-family home in early July. Despite some minor delays with our construction timeline, we are now happily settled! So far, both the home and community have exceeded our expectations. We have been thoroughly enjoying the community amenities, especially the pool, the walking and biking trails, and the many clubs and classes offered. The neighbors we have met have so far have been welcoming and friendly. We feel fortunate to be part of this community and are looking forward to learning more about it and all this area has to offer.

Just moved into our condo here in mid-June. This place is fabulous. We discovered this new community last fall while looking for a place to relocate to on Maryland's Eastern Shore. The condos are fabulous. We bought a 2 bedroom 2004 square feet ground floor condo that has a view of the Chester River. Our condo has a 1 car garage and its own storage room. But the most exciting thing about this community are the amenities. There is a huge club house with a game room, gym, event rooms with large screen TVs, indoor pool, outdoor pool, pickle ball courts, dog parks, beach with fire pits, propane gas lightable fire pitts and much more. I grew up in the country around family and never thought of moving to a 55+ community, but was led to Four Seasons at Kent Island. Upon arrival Rebekka kindly greeted me and showed me the single family model homes. Although they were ‘very’ nice, but too big for me as a single person. When we returned to the sales office she introduced me to Dylan and to my surprise they had condominiums too. Wow! Exactly the right size for me with a guest suite. I was sold!!! It will be a year since meeting Alyssa T. and making the decision to move to KHOV KI. I have never met a representative of a company who was more knowledgeable, helpful and aware of her clients needs. Step by step, Alyssa walked us thru the selection process, building process and closing process. Accessibility was like nothing we have experienced before, Alyssa was available what seemed like 24/7. When I see her in the golf cart with another potential home owner, I smile, knowing they are getting 100% of her just like us.
