The housing market in this modern day world is extremely easy to navigate if you want to look around and see doctored photos online. But what about the details? What about the slope of the land or the moss gathered on the south side of an outbuilding? Rick was extremely helpful in pointing out details that my wife and I would have easily overlooked in our haste to move. We didn't know where we wanted to go and looked all around several counties.
