Made an offer on a house. We bid 10,000 over asking with our agent who is with another real estate company. Of course your agent sold the house for 2000 more. I wonder how they new how much to bid. Very unprofessional and unethical.
Be careful with this company. If you are buying a home make sure you double check whether or not a HOA is present. This company listed a home that I bought without a HOA. Now…I’m stuck with a HOA. I would never have looked at this home to begin with.
