I have closed on about a dozen or more mortgages over the years and Alicia and her team at Southern Mortgage were superb—hugely better than any mortgage team I have ever had. Alicia closed a complicated mortgage in about two weeks! She took the initiative to find me a rate much better than I was initially quoted and saved me a significant amount of money. She was kind, prompt, effective, and exceptionally knowledgeable. There was no last-minute chaos and I still can’t believe how easy the whole experience was! She is the very best!
