The Preserve at Mustang Creek

My experience with The Preserve at Mustang Creek has been absolutely amazing from start to finish! From the very beginning of my application process all the way through move-in day, everything was smooth, welcoming, and stress-free. I especially want to highlight Sonia and Diana, who were truly incredible throughout the entire process. Sonia, as the manager, and Diana were both so supportive, kind, and responsive every step of the way. They answered all my questions, guided me with patience, and genuinely made me feel cared for and excited about my new home. You can really tell they love what they do and want residents to feel comfortable and happy. Thanks to their encouragement and professionalism, what could have been a stressful process turned into a positive and motivating experience

Shantell was great in helping us get moved in. The process took a while, but she kept us informed every step of the way, which we really appreciated. The community at The Preserve at Mustang Creek is very quiet and nice. The apartments are beautiful, and the amenities are great as well.

I'm going to give an honest review and maybe my situation was a one off situation but... my move in process took a whole month. I tried to communicate as much as possible with the leasing office that I am moving from out of state and I needed a move in before the 1st of November because I was starting work on the 3rd. Unfortunately that didn't happen and I wasn't able to move in until the 14th. I filled out the online application out as instructed and was told a few days later that I needed to come into the office and do a paper application, I explained that I was located 5 hours away at the time and I was told that I needed the paper application to move forward. I’ve been living here for about three weeks now, and I absolutely love it. The move-in process was smooth and well worth it. DeAndra and Diane, the lovely ladies I worked with, have been so kind and helpful. I’m really looking forward to everything they have planned for this property.

Throughout the entirety of my experience, the office staff has been extremely friendly and helpful. Before applying I called constantly for a little over a week, asking a bunch of questions to make sure this was the right place for us. Diana at the front desk has truly gone above and beyond to not only answer every question i had but at times would follow up and get back to me. She has helped so much even when she didnt have to. She is so sweet even when we went to fill out paperwork and my two young kids kept bothering her she was still the sweetest. I spoke to several other ladies in the office before applying and they were all very nice when answering anything i had asked. they all knew their info. Cody has also been incredible.
