Nice amenities and maintenance but the walls and floors are thin. The sidewalks also flood bad when it rains or snow melts. You also have to watch out for geese poop and lazy entitled residents who don’t pick up their dog 💩

Matt of the maintenance team is amazing! His response time and care for the community is beyond expectations. I have not met someone so dedicated to the people and pets. I also can't forget the property manager - she literally held a pets in the pool day before closing it for the season! Please see below for adorable photos. This is the place to be for pets and people. We miss our friends very very much! Don't forget to hit the dog park at 5 - 5:30pm Monday through Friday for a great group of people and pets :)

I moved here a month ago from Florida, and had to work with the leasing staff mostly online, so I was nervous. Especially with reviews about dirty apartments. But my experience was very good. My unit was clean and had been recently renovated. Plenty of storage and easy to clean. The staff has been very helpful with my many questions. The grounds are well maintained and a minor problem with a door was quickly fixed. I am happy to be here and am beginning to feel part of a community.

I have lived at the preserves for almost four years the grounds are kept to a bare minimum the dumpster over flows with trash constantly the the fact that you pay almost 80$ a month for a there amenities ok top of the trash / water / and sewer is crazy there don’t clean the building and my washing machine was broke for a week before I had to call three times to get someone out it’s highway robbery and I can’t wait to be outta here but they auto renew your lease as a hack to keep you stuck there it’s a shame because it wasn’t always so terrible here but last couple years are just a sad story to be honest .
