The Place at El Prado

It is only worth living here so my dogs can run off leash at the dog park. I will not be renewing my lease with The Place at El Prado. This is my 2nd time renewing the lease. The office is so disorganized and dysfunctional. It costs an arm and a leg to get a call back or any information that you call for and request. My stove top blew up almost injuring my boyfriend when he was cooking. The photos I have attached show the bright electric explosion and the hole it left in the burner. The metal burner was replaced TWICE without confirming if it works. Both times they replaced it they literally left without checking if it was working. Still trying to get that fixed. I’m still in my first year at El Prado, and it’s been a great experience so far. The apartments are spacious, bright, and well-designed, with modern finishes and reliable appliances. The management team is friendly and responsive, and amenities like the pool and fitness center are clean and well-kept. The location is convenient, close to shopping and restaurants, yet the complex remains quiet and peaceful. The only negative was my first maintenance request, which took a while to be resolved, but all the ones after that were handled quickly. Overall, I highly recommend El Prado.

We've been living at The Place at El Prado for six months now, and overall, our experience has been positive, with just a few minor issues. One problem we encountered was receiving the wrong mailbox key, which took about two weeks to resolve. We couldn't get the correct key until maintenance made one for us. My fiancé went in to check on the delay, and while he was there, one of the maintenance staff overheard and gave us the key right away. Not sure why it took so long before that, but it worked out in the end. Aside from that, everything else has been great. Natalie, in particular, has been amazing to work with! She is very helpful and knowledgeable, After we signed the lease, we didn't hear from her much, and had to reach out to other team members, but that didn't affect the overall ex

This has been the worst apartment experience I’ve ever had. El Prado has completely failed us as tenants. Since December of 2024, my boyfriend and I have dealt with issue after issue. And we've been here only 4 months! We were promised one month free rent in a move-in special back in December, but due to an office mistake made by admin, we only got $500 off. SCAM! We never would’ve moved in if we didn’t qualify. They switched the paperwork after we signed, locking us in. There are nicer apartments, with better ratings for cheaper rent right next door. We’re both 24 and this is our first apartment together—they took advantage of that. Shortly after, rain caused a leak in our unit. The office already knew the roof had issues, but moved us in anyways. It took over a month to fix the ceiling

I’ve had such a wonderful experience living at The Place At El Prado! From day one, the staff in the front office have been incredibly welcoming and easy to get along with, they truly make the community feel like home. The amenities are another huge plus. We’ve loved having access to two beautiful pools, a playground that the kids adore, a gym, and a great dog park. Our time here has been so positive that after spending a year in a cozy one-bedroom, we decided to stay longer and upgrade to a two-bedroom when our son was born. It’s been the perfect environment for our growing family. I can’t recommend The Place At El Prado enough!
