The Pique Apartments

I’ve been living in The Pique for 1 year and 6 months, it’s been the best decision we have taken about our quality of living, every single person here is special, Hudson changed today our home air and fridge water and air filter, just 30 minutes after requesting it, in the office Alesha is always special and nice to us, what a wonderful lady! Aspen always smiling and willing to listen and help, Megan the manager is very professional and such a wonderful human being, Garrett thank you for your great customer service. The place is clean, beautiful and well maintained, the personal is kind and willing to help you, in the last 5 years we had lived in 2 others apartments complex here in Folsom and this is the very best by far. This Property is stunning and has all the amenities anyone could ever want with beautiful views and as much privacy as one can get in an apartment complex. Grounds are maintained well and it is peaceful. Garrett in the leasing office went out of his way to assist me with my apartment hunt from long distance and was friendly and answered all my crazy questions. I highly recommend requesting him in assisting you lease with Pique.

Disappointed. They will steal your deposit. Despite the apartment having no damages, everything being normal wear and tear for a two-year residence, and my family deep cleaning the apartment, they still charged us cleaning fees and returned only 15% of our deposit. If you’re rich, move on in. But if you’re not, I would recommend another complex.

My back patio French door has been like this for five months and one week. Pest control sprayed a few weeks ago for these fruit fly-like insects called midges. They make their way in through the crack in my door and accumulate on my windowsills. I cannot begin to tell you how frustrated I am on a daily basis because it is taking this place over five months to address this issue. Think about that think about how many weeks have gone by and how long of a time period that is to get approval from the owners of this building to get something like this fixed and corrected. I have paid five months of rent accumulating over $14,000 to live in this “luxury”apartment complex. Please don’t tell me that you are frustrated that the doors arrived broken a couple of weeks ago. Alesha was wonderful throughout my move-in process. She made what could have been a stressful experience smooth and easy. She kept me updated every step of the way and treated both me and my dad with respect and kindness. Her professionalism and pleasant demeanor are unmatchable. I’m very grateful for her assistance!
