I had a Wonderful experience from the beginning of my application process to move-in day. To be honest the Management with Mr. Donald the complex manager is outstanding he is very professional and helpful, It's an excellent team and it’s an amazing place to live. Thank you!

I would like to know how to apply for this place? I went multiple times months ago. The times I went I was told that the apartments had no vacancies. I asked about putting an application and the guy told me no they couldn't because there was no vacancy. Then I asked if there was a waiting list and if I could put an application and he said no because there was no waiting list. He said he's had like the same tenants for years and years he said once people get low income housing they don't want to give it up so he said they stay there for as long as possible. Which is probably true. But I would like to know how does someone go about trying to get low income housing maybe even not just here but in general.

Very nice place for the cost (must qualify by amount of income) pretty white cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms which brighten the place up and dark "wood" flooring in both kitchen and bathroom which keeps it from looking outdated. Ceilings are a decent height. Designated parking spots + Finding parking for guests is rarely an issue...👍 Never had any issues with management - the life steps program and their staff is incredibly helpful and an added bonus. My only complaint is no washer/dryers in unit and only 6 washers/dryers in onsite laundry room - can get a bit backed up if someone has a lot to do. But for the cost/quality - it's a sacrifice i was willing to make. Also, be prepared for many inspections but that's to be expected with any income regulated property. I would definitely re

I am so happy with the management of this property her name is Florina Ilyes. She has a great personality and she is very friendly. Also she does take her time to explain everything to you. so no surprises at the end. The best apartment complex ever.
