The Falls At Willow Creek

I lived at The Falls at Willow Creek for a year and had a really nice experience here. The community is in a great part of Folsom, close to parks, trails, restaurants, and shopping, which made it a very convenient place to call home. My apartment was one of the updated units and I found it clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout my stay. The leasing team was always pleasant to work with. Adriana was especially helpful when I first toured the property and signed my lease. She answered all my questions, walked me through everything clearly, and made the whole move-in process smooth. I’ve had a great experience living here so far. Brionna has been wonderful from the very beginning—she made me feel welcomed right away and has always been helpful and responsive whenever I had any questions. The community itself is beautiful and peaceful, with a nearby trail and plenty of nature, which I really appreciate. Maintenance has also been excellent—David is always quick to help and fixes any issues promptly. Overall, it’s a quiet, well-kept community, and I’m very happy to call it home.

The Falls has been my home for the last 3 years. From the moment I walked through the door I was treated with care. Trina is friendly, professional and took the time to find just the right unit to accommodate my family. The grounds are always impeccable. During my stay we only had 1 minor repair that required maintenance and it was handled promptly and efficiently. I love the nearby trails, the open spacious floor plan and beautiful appliances. All of this along with the pool, playground, tennis courts and many other amenities earns The Falls 5 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you for making this an amazing experience. The management team is professional, friendly, and responsive to all questions. Brionna in particularly, was there to greet us with a friendly conversation and to help with any concerns we had throughout the process. We were treated more like guests and friends, than potential renters, which makes a huge difference! This community is top notch, centrally located and just such a beautiful hidden gem! Thank yall!!

I wanted to let everyone know that this property is amazing. Front office staff is extremely friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. Trina, Daniela, Brionna, Adriana and Carlos and the entire team thank you for making this property the best I have ever lived at. YOU GUYS ROCK !! :)
