The Park on Riley

Great central location close to everything in town and awesome staff! Jennifer in the leasing office is great, so helpful, friendly, and quick to take care of everything! She is so great and loves the doggy residents too. The Park on Riley has such a nice sense of community. The staff are friendly and matinence requests are handled swifty. It is clear that they all care for the residents and do their part to make this a great place to live. Update since I just moved out after 5+ years here. It was the best apartment complex I lived at. Very comfortable and clean community. I would stay longer my situation hadn't changed. Great place to live!

I have lived at The Park On Riley for about 3 months. I love this community! The grounds are meticulously maintained, and the maintenance staff is quick to address any issues. The property manager Kathleen, is the best! She plans a fun event for the residents each month and knows everyone and their pets name. She even helped me fill out my application as I'm somewhat technologically challenged. Everyone here is friendly and truly seem to enjoy living here. 5 stars all the way around for The Park On Riley

We have Lived at the Park On Riley apartments for almost 4 years. They have always been very good about repairs and maintenance and keeping us informed of anything that’s going to be happening at the complex. Andrew in maintenance is amazing, he is always friendly and available and helpful as are the other maintenance people. Kathleen in the office is a great resource, she’s always upbeat and willing to help. She also keep us informed of specials going on and any special events at the complex. The pool area is always clean and well-maintained and the new furniture out there is really nice. We’ve had good luck with neighbors that have moved in And overall we truly enjoy living here.

I am so excited to have found the perfect apartment at The Park on Riley! Assistant Manager, Brandi Atkinson, greeted me with twinkling eyes and a warm smile. A new friend! I found her to be a great source of knowledge and helpfulness as she explained the unique features of the park and apartments, which are set in a lovely neighborhood of Folsom with a park and shopping bonanza within a half-mile. The apartment! Quiet, tree-shaded, immaculate with granite counters, beautiful appliances and flooring, new modern cabinets, beautiful fireplace, ceiling fans, great cupboard and closet space, laundry room with full-size washer and dryer, and a garage! I even have a little yard for outdoor seating and my potted plants and flowers. I can't wait to move in! 😃❤️

I moved into the Park On Riley the beginning of 2017, and throughout the years management has changed a few times. Since Kathleen has taken over management of this complex, I feel very comfortable and very happy to live here. She’s always available for me and has helped me through any and every concern that I’ve had. She is so kind, very compassionate and professional. Any issue that I’ve had have been addressed and fixed in rapid time. It does not surprise me to see so many positive and amazing reviews about Kathleen and this complex now. Without a doubt because of her I would find it very difficult to leave. Maintenance is also great and in my experience quick to respond.
